Flow Cleaner^™ FC800

A compact, manual bench washer for small parts, and the smallest model in the Flow Cleaner^™ range. Like the rest of the series it works cold, with petroleum-based (solvent) cleaning agents that dissolve grease and heavy deposits without the liquid having to be heated. The pump draws liquid from the 60-litre tank at up to 12 l/min, and parts are cleaned by hand on a 75 × 75 cm work surface rated for loads of up to 300 kg: the low-pressure overflow brush takes care of precise cleaning, while the segmented hose rinses off the remaining dirt.

It is ideal for engine parts, hydraulic components, workshop tools and parts covered in a thick layer of oil or grease. Height-adjustable legs, LED lighting and a 5 m power cable with a 230 V plug come as standard, together with a 60-litre XPOWER Flowash Solvent starter kit.

With a footprint of just 85 × 85 cm, a fold-down handle that brings its height down from 210 to 130 cm and a standard 230 V supply drawing only 0.2 kW, it fits easily into a smaller workshop. For larger parts and higher volumes, the Flow Cleaner^™ FC1200 offers a 115 × 75 cm work surface and a 200-litre tank.
